Refund/ Cancellation policy.
- We have a satisfaction guarantee. If within the first treatment session, you do not feel we are the best people for you to help you get out of pain, let us know in that session and we will give you a full refund minus admin fee for processing payment with our payment provider.
- The refund will be processed via the same route the payment was taken. We will also include a written note noting the refund.
- Once the first session has been completed, there will be no refunds after this point.
- To cancel your treatment prior the first session, please email us at email@example.com. Please note that once cancelled and you wish to return to work with us, the treatment fee will likely change.
